Sourcing Hotel Textiles from Türkiye: What to Prepare for a Quote

Türkiye is a major source of contract textiles for European and international hotels. This page explains what Atlas Contract can supply from Bursa and what to send us to get a useful quotation quickly.

What we supply

• Fabric supply: IFR and FR curtain fabrics, sheers, blackout and dimout, upholstery, linen-look and selected outdoor fabrics.
• Made-to-measure and ready-made items: curtains and sheers, shower curtains, bed wraps, throws, cushion covers and related soft furnishings.
• Project services: sampling, cut-make-trim, full sewing, packing and export logistics. Installation can be included depending on the quotation.

Minimum quantities and lead times

For many standard fabrics the usual starting point is around 100 to 120 linear metres per colour, though minimums vary by article. Lead time depends on stock, weaving and finishing, sewing capacity and project size. We confirm dates only after checking availability and capacity.

Trade terms

Quotations are in EUR or USD. Incoterms, freight, insurance, customs duties and import VAT are specified in each quote. Duties and origin documents depend on the importing country and product classification, so they are confirmed per project.

What to send for a quote

1. Application: curtain, sheer, upholstery or outdoor.
2. Destination country and required fire standard and class.
3. Fabric reference or description, colours and quantity per colour.
4. For finished curtains: room and window schedule, finished drop, fullness, heading, lining, and installation scope.
5. Target deadline.
