Hotel Curtain Fabric: MOQs, Samples and Lead Times Explained

Buyers planning a hotel project usually ask three things first: what is the minimum order, can we see samples, and how long will it take. This page shows how Atlas Contract answers them, and why the honest answer is often "it depends on the article".

Minimum order quantities

For many standard fabrics, the usual starting point is around 100 to 120 linear metres per colour. This is a guideline, not a universal rule: some articles have different minimums, and made-up items, prints, bespoke developments and project orders have their own.

Samples

Swatches, sample metres and strike-offs depend on stock and on whether a development is feasible. We check availability before promising a sample, and we do not guarantee sample availability or terms in advance.

Lead times

Lead time depends on stock, greige availability, weaving, dyeing and finishing, testing, sewing capacity, project size and installation access. There is no single standard lead time for all products, so we confirm dates only after checking each of these.

Four milestones are often mixed up: production start, dispatch, delivery and installation completion. Always ask which one a quoted date refers to.

What can delay a project

How to get a fast, accurate answer

  1. The fabric reference or description and the colours.
  2. Quantity per colour.
  3. Destination country and the required fire standard.
  4. Your target deadline.
  5. Whether you need fabric only, sewing, finished goods or a turnkey package.

Send these details and we will reply with what we can confirm. For the full quotation checklist see sourcing hotel textiles from Türkiye.
